Terms of service

Toru is an orchestration and dashboard service for debrid providers including Real-Debrid, AllDebrid, Premiumize, TorBox, Debrid-Link, Offcloud, EasyDebrid, Put.io, and Seedr. You authenticate to those providers using credentials you own. Toru queries them on your behalf, deduplicates results, and exposes them through a Stremio addon, a *Arr-compatible endpoint, and a web dashboard.

Toru does not host, cache, or store the contents of media files. Toru does not provide debrid service of its own.

You are responsible for the terms of service of every debrid provider you connect. You confirm that the tokens you supply are yours, lawfully obtained, and that your use of those services through Toru complies with each provider's policies.

If a provider revokes your access for any reason, Toru cannot restore it. Rotate or remove tokens at any time from the dashboard.

• You must own or be authorized to access any content you stream through Toru.
• No CSAM, content under active takedown, or material illegal in your jurisdiction.
• No abusive scripted access, no resale of accounts, no circumvention of debrid provider rate limits.
• The MediaFlow proxy feature is for your personal devices on a personal deployment; do not operate it as a public relay.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time and continue through the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time payment, capped at 500 founding seats, and is non-refundable after 14 days. Refunds on monthly and yearly plans are at our discretion within 30 days of charge.

Billing is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. Toru never sees your card details.

Toru is provided as is. We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the orchestration API but make no guarantees during beta. Availability of any debrid provider, its cache, or its streaming endpoints is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at fees you paid Toru in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse provider APIs, or appear in repeated abuse reports. You may delete your account from settings at any time. On deletion, all stored tokens are erased within 24 hours. Your debrid accounts themselves are not affected.
